Tenant maintenance

Report it once. Track what happens next.

EasyDen lets tenants and roommates report household maintenance with a clear title, description, severity, up to three relevant photos, and status updates. A household can optionally connect an authorized landlord or property manager.

Keep the useful repair details together

A clear issue record helps the household and an optional connected manager understand what happened and what stage the repair is in.

Title and description

State what is wrong, where it is happening, and the details someone needs to assess the issue.

Severity

Classify an issue as emergency, urgent, normal, or low so attention can be prioritized.

Relevant photos

Attach up to three photos when they help document the condition or explain the problem.

Status and updates

Follow repair progress through its status and update history, and reopen an issue if it remains unresolved.

Optional connection with a narrow privacy boundary

Property managers receive authorized maintenance information for the connected home. They do not receive chores, shopping lists or trips, expenses, balances, settlements, house agreements, or unrelated household activity.

Use the right help for urgent situations

EasyDen keeps maintenance information organized. It does not replace emergency services, professional inspection, repair professionals, tenancy authorities, or legal processes. Follow local emergency and safety procedures when a situation could cause immediate harm.
