Find help with household access, invitations, shared records, and account controls. EasyDen will never ask you to send a password, authentication token, or private payment screenshot in a support request.
Contact support
Send support requests to taranshg.dev@gmail.com.
Before contacting support
- Confirm the device has an internet connection.
- Close and reopen EasyDen.
- Note the app version, device platform, and the action that failed.
- Keep the exact error wording or a screenshot that contains no private household information.
Useful request details
- A short description of what happened.
- Whether the account is a guest account or protected with email.
- The device platform and operating-system version.
- Steps that reproduce the issue.
Roommate and property-manager access
A connected manager sees existing and future maintenance reports, photos, status and updates for authorized properties. The maintenance connection does not grant access to roommate chores, shopping lists or trips, expenses, balances, settlements or general household activity. A manager who is also a household member keeps that separate membership’s access.
Household owners/admins can remove a manager or disconnect maintenance access. A workspace switch does not grant new permissions. For immediate danger, use emergency services and your property’s emergency contact; an Emergency label in EasyDen does not request an emergency response.
Protect private information
Report a bug from the app
Open House, find Privacy and account, and choose Report a bug. The app prepares a simple template containing the app version and device platform, without automatically attaching household records or private photos.
Account deletion
Use House → Delete account for roommate accounts or the property-manager Account tab → Delete account. Deletion affects both roles on the same account. For details of shared records that may remain, read Delete your EasyDen account. If you cannot access the app, email taranshg.dev@gmail.com to request account deletion.
Privacy concerns
Email taranshg.dev@gmail.com with a brief description of the concern or unexpected access. Identify the affected feature without sending private report photos or other people’s data. We can follow up for the minimum information needed.
Household safety or objectionable content
In the app, open House → Report a household concern to send a private report. You can also email taranshg.dev@gmail.com. EasyDen is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
