EasyDen
Terms of Use
These Terms apply when you use EasyDen for shared-household coordination and authorized property-manager maintenance. EasyDen is not a public social network.

Using EasyDen
You must provide accurate household information, keep access to your account secure, and use EasyDen only for lawful household coordination or authorized property maintenance. Invitations are private and should be shared only with their intended recipients. A guest account may become unrecoverable if you sign out before protecting it with an email.
EasyDen tracks shared expenses, balances, settlements and payment confirmations but does not move money, act as a bank or payment processor, or guarantee that an external payment occurred. Users must verify amounts and actual payments themselves.
Household content rules
You may add practical household content such as chore names, shopping items, agreements, expense descriptions, maintenance reports, and optional appreciation. You must not use EasyDen to create, upload, or share:
- Threats, targeted harassment, bullying, hate, or encouragement of self-harm.
- Sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or other unlawful explicit material.
- Scams, impersonation, malicious links, or instructions intended to harm another person.
- Another person’s passwords, authentication links, financial credentials, or unnecessary private information.
- Content that violates another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.
A narrow automated filter may reject high-confidence objectionable text. It is a safeguard, not a claim that every harmful message can be detected automatically.
Reporting, blocking, and household removal
You can privately report a household concern from the House tab. Reports are not posted to the household. EasyDen may review the reported excerpt and details, take proportionate action, or dismiss a report that does not violate these rules.
Blocking disables optional direct interactions such as chore swaps and appreciation between the two members. It does not conceal shared chores, expenses, balances, maintenance, or other records needed to operate the household accurately. Household owners and admins can remove a member; removed members lose household access while necessary shared ledger records remain.
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. EasyDen support is not an emergency service.
Your content
You keep any rights you have in content you submit. You give EasyDen the limited permission needed to store, synchronize, display to authorized household members and connected property managers within their maintenance access, process, and delete that content to operate and support the app. You must have the right to submit the content and photos you add. Household members can see the shared information needed for the features they use.
Private attachments remain subject to the access limits described in the Privacy Policy. You should not upload content that is unnecessary for the household feature you are using.
Property-manager maintenance access
A maintenance connection gives authorized managers access to the connected property’s existing and future maintenance reports, descriptions, severity, status, photos and update history. It does not make the manager a household member or give access to roommate chores, shopping lists or trips, expenses, balances, settlements, agreements, unrelated photos or general household activity. If a manager is independently a household member, that separate membership has its own access.
You must have appropriate permission or authority to invite a manager or connect a household. The app’s account and invitation checks do not verify legal ownership, a tenancy, or professional credentials. Managers may use multiple properties; selecting a workspace alone grants no access.
Managers are responsible for their use of maintenance information and their applicable landlord or property-management obligations. EasyDen does not become a party to a tenancy or take on a duty to carry out repairs. Do not impersonate an owner, tenant or manager, misuse invitations, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass access controls.
Maintenance and emergencies
EasyDen records maintenance communication and status, including Reported, Acknowledged, Scheduled, In Progress and Resolved. Household members can reopen a resolved issue where available. A status or notification is not a guarantee that a repair has been or will be performed.
Even when an issue is labelled Emergency, EasyDen is not an emergency-response service. For immediate danger to people or property, contact local emergency services and the appropriate property emergency contact directly. Do not wait for an app response.
Accounts, access, and enforcement
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. EasyDen may restrict content or account access when reasonably necessary to address a reported safety issue, protect the service, or enforce these Terms. Household removal is not the same as account deletion.
You may leave a household or delete your account in the app. Some shared financial records remain under a replacement account identifier so another member’s balance and settlement history are not altered. Other shared records, including reassigned chores, property records and maintenance status history with the deleted actor’s identity and notes removed, can also remain. See Delete your account for details.
Service availability and changes
EasyDen may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service can experience interruptions, errors or synchronization delays; uninterrupted availability, timely notifications and complete accuracy are not guaranteed. These limitations do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for urgent household communication, external payments, and landlord or emergency contact outside the app.
Early access and pricing
Property-manager access is currently offered free during early access. The app may display a reference price and a verified activation status, but it does not currently operate subscription billing or checkout. A reference price is not a charge or authorization to debit you. Any future paid offering would need its own clearly communicated terms and agreement before a charge. This page does not add a promise of permanent free access or change an existing early-access commitment.
